Therapy for Professionals

Relational and psychodynamic therapy for professionals in corporate roles suffering with stress, burnout, anxiety, depression, and relational issues.

As an integrative therapist, I shape the therapy around the person in front of me.

I meet you where you are and we explore from there. My approach is relational, psychodynamic and humanistic, drawing in on evidence based methods such as CBT where useful.

I have spent 16 years working with people professionally, including five as a Samaritans listening volunteer. My background is in senior relationship roles within global organisations, so I understand the pace and pressures of professional life in London.

I work with a wide range of needs: anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, OCD, trauma, and supporting people through cancer. My specialism is working and supporting professional neurodivergent individuals.

My approach is collaborative and integrative. I meet people where they are, offering a safe, non-judgemental space to sit alongside them.

I describe myself as a lived-experience practitioner. In part, that means I've sat in the client's chair myself: I know long-term therapy from the inside, and I've felt its capacity for real, lasting change. It also means I understand how hard it can be to loosen our grip on the ways of being that once kept us safe, and how daunting reaching out can feel when trust or hope is fragile. I offer empathy and genuine connection, because the real healing comes from the relationship itself — and that's what we'll build together, each week.

It will be my privilege to get to know you, and to walk alongside you.

About Me

Hello, I'm Rachel, a qualified therapist registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

How I work

I offer weekly therapy, online or in person in Harley Street, once or twice a week.

Much of my work is with professionals; people who look, from the outside, like they're managing, but who feel anxious, low, stuck, or quietly overwhelmed. Having spent fifteen years working inside corporate and law firm environments, I know the pace and the pressure of those worlds, and how easily they ask you to keep functioning at the expense of everything underneath.

Often the people I see have found clever ways to cope. Pushing feelings aside, holding parts of themselves back, staying busy, not looking too closely at what hurts. These strategies usually made sense once; they kept you safe, but over time they can start to cost more than they give, leaving you feeling cut off from yourself and from the people around you.

Therapy is a place to understand those patterns rather than fight them. Together, we'll come to see them not as failings, but as the ways you found to survive. The work is warm and collaborative, and I'll be alongside you through the difficult parts - the things that frighten us, the feelings we've avoided, the parts of ourselves we've found hard to love. You won't be facing any of it on your own. Held well, that's where new ways of being become possible.

I specialise in neurodivergence. I support people who are exploring or making sense of how their minds work. Whether recently diagnosed, long known, or somewhere in between - and the ways that experience can intersect with anxiety, burnout, and a sense of not quite fitting the world as it's built. I also work extensively with anxiety itself, and together we'll look at how safety-seeking behaviours can soothe us in the moment while quietly keeping our fears alive over time - and at what becomes possible as that loosens.

Some words from my clients

“You provide a safe space for me to look at my own vulnerability and my avoidance without judgement”

Client, January 2026

“You help me to connect the dots, see patterns I may want to resist repeating and reinforce things important to me”

Client, February 2026

I have no doubt that I am leaving a stronger person than when I started with you. You have allowed me to reach far deeper levels of self awareness and compassion for myself
